Learning Productive Lifestyle Tips from Blogs

One of my girlfriends and I were talking about all kinds of things the other day. She asked me who will marry Elsy, and I asked her a few questions about other people that we know from social media. She also told me about a blog post she had read that she was taking some ideas from to have better days. The two of us are really big into self improvement in any way that we can, so I was curious to hear what she was doing now.

She told me about Frederic Haddad, who is a COOO of a digital marketing company. He has his own blog, and he writes some pretty interesting things on it. When she told me that she was going to start waking up earlier because of a blog post he wrote, I thought she was talking about waking up at 8am instead of 9am. However, she was talking about something much different than that. She said that Frederic listed how he goes to sleep at 8pm, and then he sleeps for at least 7 hours. By waking up between 3am and 3:30am, he still has a full six hours before he has to report to work.

She told me how he uses this time to work on the things that are most important to him. It is easier for him to do this when others are asleep, and it makes him much more productive. After thinking about that, I can definitely see how this would benefit a person. I decided to try it myself. Even though I have only been doing it for a couple of days now, I feel much better. I am getting things done that I used to put off until the weekend, and I am not suffering by going to be earlier at night either. I’m so glad my friend is having the same kind of success!
