I Was Buried on the Fifth Page of Results

Whenever I have a problem, I don’t dwell on it. I would rather take action immediately and make it disappear. When I started having a harder time filling apartments, I knew that I needed to do something because it was affecting my bottom line too much. Rather than sit and think of what to do, I took action the moment I realized we were in trouble. I went online and did some research, which is how I found some great apartment marketing ideas by multifamilytraffic.com. I read their blog and walked away from it with a lot of great ideas that I wanted to implement.

I walked away understanding that we live in a world where just about everything is done online now too. People don’t open up their newspapers to find apartments anymore. They go online and get a great deal more information this way. A newspaper ad is just a few lines long, but an online presence means people can see pictures, read about the amenities, see if there are any offers for new renters and so much more. I hired that company to help me with my own online presence.

I already had a website that was done by a professional, and I could not be more pleased with it. What I was not happy about though was that I found it on the fifth page of search engine results. Who digs that deep for an apartment, or even for anything else? I knew I had to get my ranking up, and Multifamily did just that for me. I would have had no idea how to do it on my own, but they did it in a very short period of time. I am now renting apartments quickly again, and I now know that I have to keep relevant by staying on the first page of results.
