Eating Healthier While Still Enjoying Some Junk Food Too

I used to beat myself up mentally thinking about the foods that I eat. I do like to eat some junk food here and there. I like salty and crunchy snacks a whole lot. However, I do not eat meat, and I do eat my vegetables and fruits. My cholesterol is great. I take the time to pick good fruits and vegetables in the store. I even eat vegetables I never really cared for. I learned about the health benefits of radishes, and I add them to salads now. I could take them or leave them before, but now I would miss their spicy taste in a salad if they were not there.

My indulgence is not in chocolate or sugary drinks. My favorite thing is those crunchy and very salty snacks such as chips and crackers. I have to throw in some seasoned croutons in my salad in order to get the most enjoyment. Overall my diet is pretty good. Would it be better if I did not eat as many of the corn chips, pretzels and other salty snacks? Sure it would. (more…)

Getting Stronger Calves with Exercises

I work out almost every day. There are times when I target certain areas of my body, and not long ago I decided to find out more about calf workouts at home. I used to belong to a gym, but I just wasn’t able to find the time to go there every day. That is why I wanted to find out what I could do on my own to get bigger calves. We use our calves so much every single day, yet mine were not as muscular as I thought they should be.

I wanted to find exercises that would focus mainly on my calves, and I was able to find quite a few from one website that I looked at. One of the best ways to working out calves is to jump rope. However, I had already been doing that for years, and I had noticed much of a difference. I saw where I was actually not doing it long enough though. For a good jump rope workout for my calves, I would need to do it for at least 15 minutes each time I did. (more…)

Taking a Supplement and Cream for Perkier Breasts

When I was younger, I didn’t think about cosmetic surgery, wrinkle cream, or anything of the sort. I was young and carefree, and I just enjoyed myself. As I got older though, those thoughts did start to creep in. My breasts were still nice, but they were not as perky as they were when I was in my prime. When a friend of mine started taking a Total Curve supplement twice a day for the same issue, I was really surprised with the results. She had stopped wearing clothes that showed off her cleavage because she was not feeling as sexy, but taking these supplements for a few months really did what they claim to do.

I looked at the review website that she had first read about Total Curve, because I do like to know what I am putting in and on my body. I saw that this is a two step process, which simply means taking the supplements on a daily basis and then applying a topical treatment as well. (more…)
